Open line dealer

Nobody's quota is picking your furniture.

Most contract dealers are franchised to one manufacturer. The spec starts inside that catalog and works backward to your floor plan. We're open line, which means no catalog and no quota. What we sell is second life: quality commercial furniture that already exists. We do not sell new major furniture, and that turns out to be the whole advantage.

99%
of quality commercial furniture ends up in a landfill
That is the supply. Open line is how we reach all of it instead of one brand's slice.
40-60%
off what the same piece costs new
Same Aeron, same Leap, same Saarinen table. The discount is the age, not the quality.
17B lbs
tossed in the US every year
Almost none of it broken. A franchised dealer cannot sell you any of it. We can.
12M+ lbs
we have already kept out of landfills
Across 130 manufacturers and 16+ verified dealers in the network. Open line, so the list is not a catalog we are stuck inside.
01

Every line on one bid

MillerKnoll, Steelcase, Knoll, Haworth, Humanscale, Teknion. A franchised dealer quotes you their catalog. We quote whatever is out there in good condition, priced against each other.

02

We don't sell new major furniture

No new systems, casegoods, or task seating. That sounds like a limitation until you notice nobody here has a reason to talk you into a bigger invoice.

03

Lead time is a variable

New lines quote in months because the piece does not exist yet. Ours already exists, sitting in a warehouse. Availability becomes part of the design instead of a surprise at the end.

04

Honest substitutions

If a different line does the same job for less, we say so. Nobody here loses a dealer status for telling you that. If second life genuinely can't solve it, we say that too.

05

The split is on the page

70/30, printed on the proposal. You see what the furniture costs and what the dealer makes. Revolutionary, we know.

06

RESEAT ID on every piece

Tagged when it lands. You know what you have, what it's worth, and what it recovers when the lease is up.

What that adds up to on real projects

ServiceNow

147,000 sq ft · 952 items

588 metric tons CO2e avoided and 183% ROI on the furniture program. Every piece tracked with RESEAT ID.

9zero Climate Hub, San Francisco

15,000 sq ft

60% cost savings against a new-furniture spec, and 53,475 kg CO2e avoided. Furnished almost entirely second life.

The space

Commercial spaces don't all want the same things. Start with the industry and we'll frame the rest around it.

03

Sourcing preference

Straight answer up front: we don't sell new major furniture. We're an open line dealer working second life inventory. Tell us where you actually stand and we'll tell you what we can and can't do.

04

Scope and budget

Pick everything that applies. It's fine if the budget is still a guess.
