Matched panel runs, benching in consistent finishes, and files by the hundred. Bulk is where the price per station gets genuinely interesting.

The floorplate does: one dock and four hundred workstations do not agree with each other, so sequencing beats headcount. That matters more for seating, systems and walls than people expect.
