Buying second life, answered.

RESEAT sells second life commercial furniture across San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, and the East Bay. Inventory comes out of Bay Area decommissions and campus refresh programs, which is why matched volume lots are available here that are hard to find in other markets. Pricing runs 40 to 60 percent below the same piece new.
Usually yes. Large Bay Area floorplate exits, particularly in San Jose and along the Silicon Valley campus corridor, release hundreds of identical chairs in a single finish. The constraint is timing rather than quantity: register the requirement before the lot lands, because matched volume does not sit on the market.
Everything is inspected and graded before it is offered. A-grade is for client-facing and high-touch areas. B-grade is sound and suits back of house, and a small refresh budget for reupholstery, refinishing, and new casters converts most of it to A-grade appearance for a fraction of the price difference. Anything that fails inspection goes to recycling rather than to a buyer.
